Geographic Information Science (GIS)


Current Students: To add the certificate to your curriculum, you must contact the Geography Academic Advisor for instructions. This should occur as early as the first semester you take a GIS course, and as late as the 5th class day of the semester in which you plan to graduate.

Outside applicants must complete the Texas A&M Graduate CAS application. There is a non-refundable application fee of $89 for domestic students, and $114 (USD) for international students. You will be provided with instructions for completing the application in Graduate CAS.

In order to apply, you must include all official transcripts, a personal statement, and a resume/CV. If you have any questions then please contact the MGsc Academic Advisor.
